We currently don't offer the Lock Miter Router Bit in a 1/4-inch (6.35mm) shank size. Due to the size and weight of the cutting head, a 1/4-inch shank wouldn't be strong enough to handle the forces during operation. This could lead to bending or breakage, potentially causing injury.
